on time,no problems. very personable from the time we talked on the phone, to when he arrived at the house. Gets right to the job. Quick and complete. will highly recommend mike to anyone that needs this type of work done. Thanks Again Mike, Les C.
He did a good job with the sprinkler heads, replacing them when broken or adding the right nozzles and aiming them correctly. Had problems with install of rain sensor system though. It seemed to work for about a month, then stopped turning the system off when their was rain. He came by a few times to troubleshoot it, but then told me it was the panel that wasn't working with the system. He said the panel was probably to old to work with it. Not sure what happened to Michael. We agreed on work to be done in early May with a max $ amount before he needed additional approval. It was supposed to be a 1-day project. It is now early June. He has yet to do the work or return my calls. I left 2 messages and no response. I was allowing for any backlog due to weather in May so not getting a call back now is bad business.

We were incredibly backed up due to the season and incremental weather, as would be expected of companies with a service record as great as ours. This customer called us to follow-up on a time frame to complete his project. We responded the next day. However, overnight, we received the above review. We did end up completing the work for Larry within the next week. He was happy with the job and apologized for writing this review.
