He was thorough.....even found a buried sprinkler head we had not known was there since moving in! He repaired everything completely and had the system working the best it ever has with great coverage. He educated me on some do's and don'ts. Was just great.
Great Mike checked the whole system made sure it was running properly. Mike fixed the broken sprinklers and made great suggestions as to how long to water each zone.
I had to call contractor out twice to make repairs. Initially, I had asked him to go through the system to make sure it worked properly. After he was out, I checked the system and found three sprinkler heads and four buried sprinkler heads along with an additional leak that were missed by the contractor. He agreed to make the repairs at no charge, however, after he went out and made the repairs, I found one of the four heads I uncovered wasn't popping up. We tell all of our customers to contact us immediately if there is any problem, so we can work to resolve the issue. The home is in a very old part of town, and the system is extremely old, outdated, out of compliance, and had not worked in many years, even appearing to have been purposely landscaped over with no hint of buried heads. Very pleased with Gordon's service. He fixed the leaks in the system, reset the timer and now it works great. It is nice to finally find a sprinkler repair person I can trust to do the job right. I will be calling them again to address any future issues.
