He responded when another company promised to come out and did not show 2 times and hung up on me twice. I was pleased with the prompt response.
I was very satisfied with the service. Gordon made sure to schedule us in quickly. He called before he came to the house and followed up after. Also a few nights before he was able to come out he walked my husband through the pre process in which he did not charge us for. I would defnitely recommend him and we plan on using him in the future.
