He was very curteous and friendly. I had an early morning appt. My spirnkler system problem was so simple and quick to fix. He fixed it and came back later on that day to make sure it was still operating properly. No one has ever come back to make sure their work they completed was functioning properly. I'm not saying he will do this for everyone but he did it for me and that made a big difference.
