Kelly is a thorough, efficient hygenist. She's also fun.
I had a wonderful first visit to this dental office. They re-scheduled who was going to clean my teeth, so that I wouldn't have a long wait for the hygienist originally scheduled. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Looks like it will be a good relationship.
Each visit to Dr. Poelman's office is thorough and efficient. I am blessed to have Cassie's expertise as a dental technician. Dr. Poelman's check, including cancer screening is reassuring. I appreciate the billing office and scheduling personnel (Debra & Stephanie this visit). All around this office suits all of my needs and concerns. Wonderful people & service!
I have been a patient of Dr. Poelman ever since he took over the practice from Dr. Kimball in the 1990's. Dr. Kimball would not let "just anyone" continue on with his patients. He had to be the best! And....Dr. Poelman is the BEST--that's all there is to it! What will always endear me to him and his staff is the way he gently took care of my 98 year old parents AND my 102 year old aunt. How's this for a review!!!
From the time you enter dr. Poelmans office till you leave the patient care is excellent . The staff makes you Feels very comfortable
If you have to go to the dentist, this is the office to go to. Dr. Poelman has always been professional and pleasant. I never wait to be seen more than a few minutes in the waiting area. Staff is courteous and helpful.
I am only 6 years old, but I have been a patient since my teeth started coming in. Dr. Poelman has been so kind and gentle and I am not afraid of the dentist because of him. Ms.Jennifer cleans my teeth and I really like how she makes my teeth shine. And I get to wear pretty sunglasses while she cleans my teeth. The best part: the goody drawer! I love the bracelets, rings and squishy eyeballs. Thank you Dr. Poelman for being my dentist.
Cassie is an excellent hygienist and Dr. Poelman was as nice as ever.
Dr. Poelman's office is professional, yet very comfortable and informal. Perfect, as going to the Dentist is not tops on my list! That said, nothing feels as good as getting your teeth cleaned.
