I had an emergency cracked tooth and Dr. Poelman's office arranged a visit the next day. as always, they were very politeand professional and Dr. Poelman did an excellent job!
Everyone at this office is professional, personal and easy to work with. It doesn't hurt that Dr. Poelman is also a good dentist. Really good, just had 3 crowns and only had to take one Motrin!
The staff was patient and welcoming. Even though we were seen right away, the waiting room was nice with television, magazines, and coffee/tea available. The offices were clean and modern. Dr. Poelmann was comforting and knew exactly what to do to fix my crown at the least expensive cost. My daughter had her teeth cleaned and loved the television/headphones that she could control! After 38 years with one dentist I was anxious about changing. On my first visit that was all erased. All of his staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. Kelly took the x-rays and cleaned my teeth, doing an excellent job. Dr. Poleman was competent and very professional.He was highly recommened and now I know why.
