Again, I had another enjoyable trip to the dentist chair. Not only was Jennifer, dental hygienist, efficient and helpful, but she gave a a positive report on the state of my teeth and gums. Dr. Poelman did his checking and confirmed that all is well. What more could I ask? I'll show up again in 6 months and 'til then will continue doing what I'm doing. All good stuff, especially with a cheerful and pleasant office staff making sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed to make this a happy and uneventful visit.
Have referred many to Doc Poelman cause he and his staff is that good
My 0730 appointment started right on time. It was just a normal cleaning so nothing very involved. Cassie took care of me. Gentle hands and a very nice touch. She has been cleaning my teeth for about 3 years now so knows my dental history. I have been a patient with Dr.Poelman for over 15 years and would recommend him to anyone needing any dental needs.
It's always a pleasure to see everyone in the office. I was sorry to have missed Dr. Poleman who was on vacation. My teeth feel super clean, as usual! Thanks!
I showed up one day early for my appointment by mistake and they were able to work me in within an hour. That was very nice. I've been a patient of Dr. Gordon since he took over from the previous dentist and have always been treated like a member of their family.
Dr. Poleman and his staff offer great customer service and make the dental appointment smooth and painless, especially for children! My 3 year old went in for a cleaning and fell asleep in the chair while the hygienist was gently cleaning his teeth. Dr. Poleman was able to bond the spots in his teeth that needed repair. By far the best service I have ever recieved in at any dental practice. Staff is super friendly and great with kids, I highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for the best dentist!
My experience with the staff and the service I recieved was top notch. I appreciate the time spent going over my situation and look forward to my next appointment.
