Zero stars, would give negative stars if possible. The worst rental company Ive ever dealt with. They will swindle you out of as much money as they can get and then will refuse to return security deposit with no explanation, when I left the apartment in BETTER shape than it was when I moved in. I am taking them to court. Hunter Gordon is a dishonest, immature, greasy swindler. Do yourself a huge favor and never rent from Gordon and Bilyeu. Hunter Gordon deserves to go to prison.

I would not recommend them. The lease they sent was pretty restrictive, with $200 late fee , mandatory renter's insurance they want to sell you, them having a provision that they can enter the premises any time they want given an hours notice, having to let them know 2 months in advance before moving out, and 8 addenda with pages of more restrictions and fees for anything you can think of. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has quickly turned a great leasing experience into a nightmare. All of these calls were done on RECORDED lines and have been turned into the Better Business Bureau as well as TREC. For starters, I submitted a maintenance request for my disposal and sink via the residential portal.
