The apartment at 2900 Cole St. looks like total GARBAGE, paint coming off the walls, fridge dusty, microwave from last centry, and a bathroom sink that looks like it came from a horror movie. but i was still willing to sign for 12 months and I did but there still not answering along with the property managers number being disconnected they have totally scammed me at this Point. and my lawyers is currently reviewing the lease for grey areas I could've missed and we'll be in contact with them shortly I will update my review ... read more

Very unprofessional property management. As a previous tenant at 400 W 35th Apt 103, they did not return security deposit three months after the end of lease with no reason. I reached out to both the individual manager and their working email address. No actions taken. When they led a tour of the unit for potential new tenants, the doors was left wide open. I texted my property manager complaining about this. No response. No apologies.

Terrible customer service. Lease and addendum written to make sure you pay for everything. When Hunter was contacted (which was rare to reach him) he said all the correct things, but didn't do anything to help. Tenants raised issues to deaf ears. Hunter allowed a pet after the lease was signed by 6 people. Did not change the lease and the roommates did not approve of the pet. G&B changed for EVERYTHING possible at top dollar. I am only two weeks into my one-year lease and I have noticed the same behaviour of lack of communication and slow to respond to fixes. Steve is a very rude person. Hunter Gordon is a little better but he started ghosting me. I highly recommend to not go with them!

This is by far the worst property management company I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Every single request for maintenance is not only taken slowly but most of the time not taken at all. It took several calls and a month of waiting to have an ATTEMPT at fixing our washer. After that it was another month before the washer was fixed. I made many calls where the property management team told me they would "make sure" that the same time lag would not happen again, yet when my next issue arose it took the same amoun... read more

Unbelievably unprofessional. They take forever to respond to complains (including A/C in July), I saved ever condescending and juvenile tweet or message ever sent in case a libel suit comes up, tried to get me to sign a lease without a previously agreed pet amendment, accused me of making a mess outside my unit I did not make with NO PROOF it was me (which it wasn’t) that I felt obligated to clean up anyway since they had threatened to illegally end my lease for lack of care (though not permanent damage) to a previous unit I... read more

You know that you are working with a very unprofessional mgt company when... your garage won't shut every time you try to leave and they keep accusing you of somehow doing it wrong. When the upstairs toilet hand is broken and they won't fix it, then it leaks all the way through your kitchen ceiling at Thanksgiving. When they don't return your text, calls nor portal messages. When even their own handymen call them "cheap".

The Gordon & Bilyeu property mgt, Owners Steven and Hunter are very unprofessional. We were under their mgt for over a year. Not only were slow to respond to repairs and questions, often we received No response at all. We had problems with 2 of the 3 toilets, and they just ignored our requests. One toilet actually leaked all the way through our kitchen ceiling at Thanksgiving. A nightmare.
