Dr. Byrnes really takes the time to discuss options - both surgical and non-surgical. He comes across very professional, caring, and never rushed. The entire Retina Group of Washington is 5 star. Excellent from check-in through post op.
Every part of the appointment moved in a timely manner and all of the assistants were courteous, kind and professional. Dr Byrnes was, as always, friendly and professional and helpful by answering all questions and concerns.
From my first emergency appointment, and through all followup appointments, Dr. Byrnes, and his staff, have always been very professional, informative, and forthright. I appreciate and highly value Dr. Byrnes's thoughtful and honest appraisal and evaluation of my condition. Other Doctors have told me that Dr. Byrnes is among the best, and as a patient, I agree.
Dr Sanders is great BUT the wait is always too long. A patient feels like her/his time is not at all valuable. One does not wait that long for other tech people who need to do the first work.---That's not a great photo of Sanders !!!
