superior surgeon. I will make my follow up appointment with him and only him. he is a five star rating for me
Dr. Byrnes is a gifted, caring doctor. Support staff & facility utterly fail to match. Desk staff talk & laugh loudly about personal matters, entire waiting rm can hear, appears they don't care about patients there w/serious health concerns. Walls are paper-thin, waiting rm can hear Dr-patient conversations coming from the exam rms, & in the exam rms you can hear every word in the next exam rm & in the staff area. Tech lacked empathy & basic courtesy, seemed to hate her job, & reeked of garlic.
Dr. Byrnes has always instill trust, faith and confidence in every visit that I have had with him. He has a warm and professional manner which makes the concept of dealing with disorders and diseases of the eye(s) less scary. He always seems to keep the comfort and care of his clients upfront.
