Gordie Boucher Ford is wonderful to work with--love their service dept.
The service department is great. It took them longer to repair my Flex and they gave me a new 2016 Flex with 5 miles on it filled with gas so I could get my mom to the doctor appointment tomorrow. The Flex is the only car she can get into. If you have someone handicapped in your family get a Flex. You will love the ride also. Power. Shout out to Keith for your help
Walked around the lot for 20 minutes, other people came and went and were approached amd helped but we weren't. We were really interested in test driving two vehicles but all the sales people literally avoided us...

Great service this morning! On our way from Detroit to Minneapolis we discovered we needed a new tire on our leased Escape. Although they didn't have the tire we needed in stock, they were able to get one from Milwaukee and send us on our way in less time than anticipated. Thanks Katy!
