Horrible customer service and not very reliable used cars
The sales team was amazing. Loved working with Kevin Rasmussen. I wouldn't take my car into their service department for even an oil change. The disorganization was horrible. Replacing my broken center console with a mismatching, damaged one, and breaking my automatic door while detailing it ("can't you just manually close it?"), were a few of many complaints I have.
Getting my 2012 Chevy Cruze looked at now. Here they work on more than just Ford Lincon and Mazda..
Leased brand new car, going on day 3 with out it. They can't figure out how to fix the wipers. I am rethinking this whole Ford thing.
Brian & the "all star" service department at Gordie Boucher Ford ROCKS! After being faced with a car issue that rendered me unmobile for 2 days & the possibility of not having the issue resolved at the local Ford dealers here in the area until after Labor Day - I was so happy that I spoke with Brian at GB Lincoln~Ford. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Tim is a great Salesman and was on top of everything. Don and Shane gave fair trade numbers and a good deal. Theressa made the financing easy. No pressure, and no wasted time. And I love the new Edge.
I made the mistake of going somewhere else for a new car, never again. I came back and asked what I could do to get out of it and Steve Borchardt was just awesome about getting me what I wanted. I'll never go anywhere again. They take good care of me and I don't know why I looked elsewhere. Sean in service is great also. Always has dog biscuits for my dogs when we come in. I highly recommend them.
