wanted to test drive a diesel f150 salesman pretty much wanted me to take a 15000$ loss on my trade with out even getting out of his chair. told me I could test drive the truck unless I was 100% I wanted to buy it. I thought the point in a test drive was to see if I liked it? very unhelpful unprofessional..i will go somewhere different that wants to make a sale!
Got my first oil change and tires rotation, the people who work there are nice and friendly, but waited a long long time. This is my second new car 🚗 from GBF and will buy my next one there too.
I had gotten a bolt stuck in my tire and I needed fixed right away for work. When I had called, they told me to drive it right in and they would fix it. I got there, they had taken it back and fixed it and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. While I was waiting, I wandered around the lot.
