I would have rated it a 5 stars if we didn't have to wait almost 4 hours � to do financing, sign papers, and drive away.
Dave Behling was our salesman and he made the process extremely easy and no hassle. We felt valued and were given a great price!
Mike Islami was absolutely wonderful and made sure we were completely happy before/during/after we purchased our vehicle. He also didn't make us feel pressured into making choices we weren't comfortable with which was a big plus for us!
We are on our fifth vehicle from Gordie Boucher Ford of Janesville. Joe Warne has been our Salesman for each and every one of them and has always gone above and beyond. On delivery of our Expedition they had a big red bow on the hood when we walked through the door! From start to finish, in every department at Gordie, everything is five stars in our book! I came in for an oil change and ended up needing parts.... WRONG!!! You break it you buy it! And as far as the K&N air filter you stole, keep it! I'll buy a new one. Never going back again! Oh and Scott, "PAY UP SUCKER"
Dave Behling did an excellent job helping my family with the selection of our new family vehicle. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. We are hoping to be equally impressed with the service department as we continue this new relationship.
Had a great experience buying my new Edge. PJ was very helpful and patient and got me in the perfect car, Rob in Service was great, and Delian in Finance was very helpful too. Will definitely be back when I'm in the market for another car ! ��
