I have purchased my first vehicle from Gordie Boucher it was a 2007 Chevy trailblazer and I loved it and now we just bought a new 2012 Chevy Traverse and absolutely love it too and we couldn't ask more for the friendly staff and services we received from here. I will definitely come back again if needing another vehicle.

my service estimate was $544 and they tried charging me almost $820. No call or heads up. It's illegal for auto mechanics to charge more than $50 over the estimated cost without warning the customer. I picked the car up later in the evening so I had to come back to voice my concerns with the service manager. It was an awful experience, and to top it off they didn't have a part to fix the rear latch on my wife's Mazda, so I'll still have to get that fixed. Definitely going somewhere else
Con artists! Dont trust this place, they will try to nickel and dime you out of your hard earned cash!

Recently had a bad experience at Gordie. My son got his oil changed but they couldnt put 2 of the lug nuts back on after the tire rotation. They wanted to charge him an extra $100.00 to put them back on. He couldn't wait another hour either. We didn't even get the lug nuts back. Very unhappy with that experience when I've had nothing but otherwise good service all the other times I've gone. I've returned for years because I felt cared for at Gordie but now I don't know.
I was looking for a new used car and went to Gordie Boucher. My sister had bought and leased cars from Gordie Boucher for many years and has been very happy with the cars, value and customer service.
