This company is garbage. Can't even begin to tell you about all the issues I have with them but what I can tell you is when you go to sell your house they charge you a $350 transfer fee and a $595 resale certificate fee. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I am tenant and Goodwin Management is our property manager. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. We have lived in this house for close to ten years and they still cannot figure out who owns this property so we can get our air conditioner fixed for the 10th time. The owner is too cheap to put in a new one. It is close to 90 degrees in our home right now. Goodwin get it together for once please!!!!
