I have called these people about 3 things and left messages. They dont call you back for days after messages then if you hold on the call to speak to them. its 2 hrs wait time which i have done now i make 200 hr these people need to hire more phone people. They do not get back to you in a timely manner. then when you speak to a person they cant answer your questions and ask to call back. Sub par hire more people. Maybe you get better reviews.
I get it that they have a job to do and while I can appreciate the layout and ease of access their website has to pay and keep up with info and charges, they simply are a poor company. They provide little to no communication, often post things that are inaccurate and are unwilling to work with you. May as well be run by the Third Reich. They can’t secure the community amenities that they charge you for, but they want to extort you for money on where you keep your trash cans and if you don’t mow your lawn to their liking. Meanwhile cars are parked in all areas causing hazards to pedestrians and other drivers, kids constantly vandalize the pool, playground, and game courts, and these fools are useless to the community. Tried to foreclose on a rental by sending notices to the incorrect address and the registered agent for the LLC. A simple call, email or posting on the physical property would have been the proper thing to do since they had all of this information. Formal complaints being filed.
If I could give them 0 (zero stars), I would. Worst HOA who does not but charge you late fees that does not make any sense and want take fees out. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A KB Home again! Buyers beware of the HOA Company
Horrible to work with.
Do not buy a house with Goodwin as the management company for the HOA. They fine for the most ridiculous things and once they are out to get you they are relentless. I will never buy another house that has an HOA. These people are scammers.
This company is garbage. Can't even begin to tell you about all the issues I have with them but what I can tell you is when you go to sell your house they charge you a $350 transfer fee and a $595 resale certificate fee. I would avoid this company at all costs.
I contacted my property manager, Kristi Estes, about a problem I was having paying my HOA dues. I was frustrated because I could not get any help from customer service after waiting on hold and then never being contacted. I called Kristi and she was very professional and friendly. She took me through the process on line while I made my dues payment. She also explained the website to me so I can get the full use of the property amenities.
