while i was visiting niagara falls i started having car troubles. my friends and i didnt know where to go or what to do,but we saw the reviews on here and called good guys. i talked right to the boss,and he reassured me that they would help me out and get us back on the road. thankfully it turned out to be nothing major or expensive,and we were able to leave that evening. i was very glad we went there,everyone was friendly and honest and my car ran perfect. thank you good guys.

my check engine light was on and i was afraid it was going to be a big expensive job. they called me and explained the problem and told me how much it would cost and had the car fixed in no time. they were very nice and friendly and the price was much less than i thought i would pay. i was very pleased and i will be taking my car back there again, just hopefuly not too soon.

Thank you Roy And shean I had my transmission re- built elseware. Took it back to the man 5 times. I don't even think he looked at it. Roy said they would see what was going on and let me know. well I am glad I went to him. They found a Pinched wire in the bellhousing of my car. Which he said was a installation problem charged me less than a $100.00 to fix it. And now I don't have to deal with that other shop ever again. I wish I would of went there in the first place. I just had my ford explorer transmission re- built. the price was really fair and it only took one day. They had the transmission in stock.I am impressed with the turn around with this truck and there proper way of Diagnosing it. We went for a ride than they took the time to make sure it was the transmission. thanks for treating me the way you did.

Well nobody wanted to work on my foreign car transmission. I took it Goodguys they said that they have never done one before but did'nt think it was going to be a problem. Well I picked my car up last week and it works soo good I just wanted to tell people about them. thank you Goodguys you are first call on my repair list from now on.

i.i love the GOOD GUYS by old lady - 06/01/2011 i am old and on a fixed income and i know how mechanics are when they see a female in trouble...........$$$$$$$$. i know i can never afford a new car in this lifetime, so when i got in my car and all the lights came on and i couldn't get it out of PARK i had a panic attack which turned into a meltdown.. my car was towed to GOOD GUYS and i was just waiting for the bad news, the news that i wasn't going to be able to afford to get my car fixed. the GOOD GUYS stand by their name. ... read more
