Even though GoodGuys Automotive only performed a diagnostic computer check on our 2015 F250 diesel, they diagnosed our truck within minutes of calling them and provided us with great advice on where to get it serviced for what would most likely be a warranty repair. I would recommend them for any service repair.

They have had my truck for 2 weeks now. They charged us 1500 for work that wasn't related to the reason we brought our vehicle in. Doug called us said our vehicle was ready. We get to the shop get in the truck, and it's still making the same noise. Then he tells us it would be ready Wednesday it's now Monday and still no truck. Doug is rude and aragonant

This automotive shop is the most incredible find. At GOOD GUYS diagnostic skills are superb, their repairs flawless and that will extend your peace of mind, as well as the life of your vehicle. I am happy I went here. I called several places and they seemed to want to jump quick on my problem. I spoke to the manager at Goodguys. He told me that they would like to bring my car in and take the time to look at it and find out whats going on and figure out my best possible way to tackle the repair. Well I'm glad they did because another place told me something that would of cost me a fair amount of money to fix and that was not the problem. I highly recommend GOOD GUYS why because that is what they are and then some I used to take my car here there and some of everywhere BUT now I will only take my car to them because they get it back to you as soon as they can it doesn't just sit on the lot AND they treat you like a friend they DO NOT try to get rich off you they will work with you and only repair what is needed there prices are reasonable for what is needed and no matter what time you call they are always so doggone happy so you can't help but to smile when t... read more

We were visiting Niagara Falls in our 27 foot motorhome during our cross-country trip. Good Guys was able to get us in on short notice for an oil change and at the same time fixed a seal on a bathroom vent on the roof. Their good customer reviews online are well earned and their price is fair and service is good. We have found it a rare shop that will work on both chassis and coach issues and we'll come back again for other work if we're in the area.

Was having a problem with my car and took it to good guys they let me know that it was the body control module. After getting the part that was needed they had to take it to David's so it could be flashed. David's could not flash it so good guys took it back to there shop and found out that the dealership had moved the pins. Good guys moved the pin and had my truck flashed there. Very happy with what they did for me.

Had my truck towed to Good Guys for a blown tire, battery that needed replacing, and an oil change. They fixed it super fast (SAME DAY) and at a great rate. I was unable to pick it up due to an injury and their own employee drove it home for me after they had closed!!! what WONDERFUL caring people to go above and beyond like that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I'll definitely be back! - Cheryl P.
