On 8/30/18, AC wasn’t working on a 90+ humid day. Steven arrived at 10 pm and fixed the problem! Great service, nice and honest guy. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We have used Good Tidings several times and have always been very impressed with their knowledge and service. They scheduled us quickly when our upstairs air conditioner went on the fritz on a 90+ degree day. They were extremely pleasant and diagnosed and repaired the problem right away. We could not be more happy with them and we will not use anyone else from now on!
All employees were extremely courteous! They showed up on-time and even before the time range I was given. Plus was able to fix the issue the same day. Definitely recommend and will call again if I ever need them!
We will definitely be a future customer! On Easter Sunday (just our luck) our hot water heater started leaking in our newly finished (less than a year old) basement / playroom. Knowing it was a holiday and a Sunday, we were super stressed thinking nothing would get done until the next day (we also had a 9 month old baby so we definitely needed hot water). They came out very promptly on a Sunday. Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. They took care of my issues, I would have given them an excellent rating except their prices were quite high, even after a discount.

When compared to "want to be" mom and pop shops that are closed after 4:30 and never open on weekends or holidays, yes we can be perceived as a little pricey. Its not easy or in-expensive providing PHC services 7 days a week, from 7am till 9pm 365, but we do this because we are loyal to our customers needs.
