Really pleased to provide Good Tidings a 5+ rating. They replaced our failed HVAC system a few years ago and more recently handled plumbing repairs related to our hot water tank. Technician, Steven, seemed genuinely concerned about resolving our issues, regardless of the after hours work.

Definitely recommend Good Tidings! We have 2 water heaters. They replaced the first one on July 4th when our old one leaked all over our basement floor. They were the only company who responded so quickly in an emergency. They have everything they need on the truck. We used them again when our 2nd water heater needed to be replaced.
