My water heater stopped working and I called Good Tiding to check as we had the membership with them and they sent Steven the tech who looked very professional. Went down to check the heater and stated that the heater was gas connecter needs to be replaced and provided me the quote of $600.00. This water heater was not even a year old and was under warranty so I decided to call the company and instead paying $600.00 to Good Tiding. Remember you can buy a brand new in that price range. Good Tidings' subpar work years ago continues to have ripple effects in my home. In 2011, the company installed too large an HVAC unit in my home, blocking in the hot water heater. Just today, we had an emergency and had to get to the hot water heater, and Good Tidings' work once again rendered that nearly impossible. In fact, the plumber who came to the house today actually used to work for Good Tidings, and we exchanged horror stories!

On a cold rainy Sunday night I received a quick and gracious response. The young man who came to do the work was polite respectful and very conscientious about explaining everything that needed to be done. I am very grateful that I used this business and I will most certainly use them again and to give their name and number to family and friends!
Have been using them for quite a while. Had a leak and need them on a Sunday and it’s nice to know they don’t charge additional just to show up.. Repairs done and thank you Brian.
I highly recommend Good Tidings! I needed a new water heater and furnace which was installed right away.. Steven is great, he really knows the business inside and out...he is terrific! The techs were efficient and worked hard the entire time....office staff also courteous and prompt with returning calls. Don't use anyone else... This company is by far the best around!!! All the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, the installers were very efficient and neat. They also made suggestions regarding steps that could be taken for use improvement, such as getting a chimney check.
