First off, Good Tidings was open on July 4th when no other vendor was open. Instead of hitting the beach, these guys were at my house fixing my air so that my twin 2 year old sons could sleep that night. thousand stars. Justin B sold me a new Carrier system to replace 1 of 2 AC units. Completely professional, sat down with me to explain my options and did not push me into actually replacing the unit. I am really pleased with Good Tidings and would use them again in a heartbeat. My mom called me at 12pm on a Sunday afternoon very upset about her water heater flooding the basement. I immediately called Good Tidings based on word of mouth reviews. They were on the job right away. Had a major emergency today-Sat-great service on the phone(by Eric) Steven M was sent to us and long story short-diagnosed and 7.5 hours later had our problem fixed. He was very nice and professional and had a great personality! He was a hard worker and we appreciate him coming to our rescue on the weekend!!
