This was going to be my first time ever seeking counseling and I was very disappointed. Before I arrived to my appointment I anticipated traffic and called ahead of time to let them know I was going to be late. A voice mail took my recording and a pre recording let me know I would be receving a call back.. When I arrived the front desk called back and let me know that I was passed 10 min late so they would have to reschedule me.
