T I had a very disappointing experience with this hearing aid office. I arrived for my appointment on Tuesday at 3:35 PM (just 5 minutes late for my 3:30 PM appointment), but no one was there. When I finally reached someone, I was told I was late, so they had to leave and rescheduled me for Thursday at 3:30 PM.
