I'm late posting this as my first visit was back in the spring. The store was clean and tidy. The staff were attentive and gave helpful advice when I was uncertain about which drink to choose. My latte was really tasty. Love the coffee, which has a rich and balanced taste and is not bitter. Way better than Starbucks or Tim Hortons, and it's great to support a Canadian chain owned by two hard-working locals. I didn't try the food but the menu looked really good. Would definitely recommend!
EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE!!! Not enough staff on.
Their food is good, although I ordered baked items a couple of times and both times they seemed undercooked, were a bit doughey in the middle. I think they just need to bake them longer. Otherwise great place!
