Cozy coffee shop and my go to for a large Americano to kickstart my work day! Nikki is an absolute gem - always so welcoming with a smile on her face! :)

Guys...you have to go get a coffee or snack from this place. I went today at lunch and the place was clean. I don't ask for much but a clean premises goes along way for me. I gave 5 stars....I usually dont. I sat and just enjoyed the peace while I was on break from the research centre. Check it out...trust me.
The coffee was excellent and Paniz was very helpful!
