I got a dent n my door and they said it wasn't from their car wash me and my daughter felt my car shift while n the wash. Needless to say I had a gift card that had $14 left on it and gave it away I refuse to ever go back there!

I have used this car was frequently since it opened. However today's customer service has me convinced to not go back. I chose $8 wash. It automatically gave me $5 upgrade. $5 is no big deal but it's the principle that I didn't choose it. I called and spoke with Danny. His response was silence. Not even an apology. The best car wash that has ever been always get my car like it just came off the showroom
I just left there and you can't even tell my car was washed. In fact there was mud splashed over it, which was not there before!
Always do a good job and if for any reason it don't they will allow you to go back through for free :)
