Poor response to potential car damage. Over a month and several calls and visits to be told they won't pay for damage.
First and last time going to goo goo in Huntsville Alabama there is still goo goo on my truck the vacuums didn’t work good no floor mat cleaner for plastic mats no customer service. The manger didn’t want to do anything about it and wouldn’t get me a number to call told me to google it well wasted my money took my truck to mister car wash to and paid again to get it clean
Just went for my first trip through the Goo Goo Carwash and it was terrible. I decided to get there best wash for $18 so I could see what kind of wash you get for that kind of $. First they removed my dirty salt covered antenna and placed it inside my new jeep so it could spread that filth all over my passenger seat. And no one to put it back on after you get through. Pulled up to the free vacume station and I have soap running out from underneath the back hatch and the hood on to the fenders. Definitely not worth $18.
Goo-Goo car wash is awesome place to come and wash your car and vacuum it out The general Donald Deoring manager @ 3911 E. Broad Street Whitehall Ohio 43213 was a pleasant he was asking our experience and it was great
Just went through the new location in Wooster. I am very impressed. Was worth the money. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the back of my truck still had some dirt and grime on it. Was able to use water and a rag to finish the job.
Not impressed! Came out with a scratch on my fender, dirt on my running boards as well as the passenger side fender, all four wheels dirty and soap on my side mirrors. I won't be back!
