Went just to wash my car off and the worker banged his brush on my windshield as he washed it off because he was angry about something. I went back to file a claim and the manager Nicole completely lied to corporate about saying they did not cause the crack that’s now grown to across my windshield... it’s very sad they won’t take responsibility and has forced me into taking legal action. Please avoid this place at all cost.
I used to go to Goo Goo but after seeing their lack of professionalism and customer service, I will think twice. One of the workers damaged a friend's windshield with a brush. They claimed they did not cause the crack. I don't have the time or patience to risk having damage done to my car so we'll wash it ourselves from now on. Goo Goo should make it right and fix his windshield that they broke.

absolutely do not recommend. I just bought a vehicle from a carvana lot this Monday. exterior and paint were completely flawless. this being a new car I wanted to go somewhere nice to get a good wash, after the salt being on the roads. so I got the polymer package, and once I get back home, I noticed five or six lines of scratches on my trunk lid. I've emailed customer support and haven't heard anything back yet. what a bad experience today, and terrible first impression.
