I have been to 3 of the 4 ocations several times with good and bad experiences. More bad than good. These damages happened at the north broad, west Rome across from Red Lobster, and the Armuchee locations. My vehicle has been damaged at least twice that I know of from this business. I filed an incident report with them and was told the GM would contact me. Of course, no response either time. Can't reach ANYONE in customer service regarding my rapid pass subscription! so frustrating! Called, emailed.... no response. no one is ever available and the automated system wants you to leave a message!
Visited this location today and after the first time going through I still had soap suds on my vehicle, all over the top and on the rear window. I expressed my concern to an employee and he told me to go back through again. So I did and again still had soap visible on my vehicle. I then spoke to the manager of the location and told him I wanted my money back and he asked for the receipt. I got very rude service from a guy who call himself the manager. All he did was harass me, rush me, mean mug me!! 🙄
