TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I paid for the most expensive of their packages and they didn’t do anything but vacuum my SUV AND spritz the windows! I’ve called and left FIVE messages with no return phone call! Needless to say I am NOT HAPPY!!!
We now have scratches all over the trunk area of our car thanks to this car wash. This was not a good experience for us.
Paid $20 for a car wash and drove out of there with soap still covering my car. No thanks.
It has damaged my car multiple times. It ripped the grill off my car broke it, and is removing paint from my car. I have hundreds in repairs. No one answers phones or returns e-mails or voice mails. I am going to have to cancel my rapid pass by filling out a affidavit with my bank for fraud.
they never ever ever get my car even close to clean. ever!!
