To start off, I'll tell you that he is an older doctor, approaching 70 years old, which means that he should probably have a lot of experience with patients and that in turn should have been polished with the way he treats them. I dad been a loyal patient for my two girls, but they cut hours and charged unreasonable fees. Even as I moved to Boca Raton and drove almost 1 hour in traffic to keep them with the same doctor, they were not willing to waive a 1 one-missed appointment fee of $35. I never missed an appointment in 9 years!!. The transportation I had left me waiting and I could not make it in time. Never got a reminder of their policy since I have been there for 9 years, not once did they remind me of this fee. I going to switch to a closer pr... read more

This pediatrician is the best of the best of the best! Bar none! Took care of all 4 of my children, which are all adults now, and they still say "I miss Dr Gonzalez!" we love you Doc! Ashley, Austin, Alexa, and Joie :) Say hello to Mayra!
