Excellent service from start to finish.
Dr Gonzales is a very personable, caring, and knowledgeable Orthopedic specialist. I liked that he took time to talk, answer questions and discuss alternative solutions to the knee pain I was having. That he is also athletic allows him to better understand my desire to recover as soon as possible
I had ACL surgery 7 weeks ago using a Quad Tendon Graft with Dr Gonzales. I currently have no mobility issues and I can get around well without crutches. Dr Gonzales is very friendly and he understands the needs of his patients to return to an active lifestyle. He seems to be pretty optimistic about recovery times, which leads me to believe he has been pretty successful with these surgeries in the past. Great experiences 15 years ago for a rotator repair and this week with a knee issue. Consistent care with a common sense approach to resolving any issue you're having. The entire staff is great, PA, Radiology, Office folks (appointments, check-in and billing). A practice and doctor you can TRUST!
My appointment was brief but thorough. He has the right combination of efficiency and care. The appointment scheduler and his assistant were also great.
