La empresa está manejada por gente deshonesta, empezando por su titular el Sr. Hernán Golod. Contraté y aboné anticipadamente el servicio de renta vacacional para alojarme con mi familia en el edificio Hyde en Enero ´26, en Miami, y al llegar, el personal me informó que el lugar estaba reservado por otras personas. Me relocalizaron en otro complejo de muy inferior categoría (The Tides) y menores comodidades, y pese a mis reclamos, no accedieron a hacer un reembolso. No es una empresa confiable, ni transparente ni seria.

Never rent an apartment with them!! They’re scammers! Took 1000$ from deposit cause the same summary you pay to lawyer. I rent apt in Hyde, they were not in the best condition, we took all pics and video but it doesn’t work without lawyer. They charged me that I’ve spoiled something without any evidence. At the day of check-in we were waiting for them for 4 hours with keys. Hyde is also a bad place with stupid rules. I’d advise you better to rent Beach Club. This place is much more better! I’m a Florida real estate broker, (BK3354421), and realtor; and, unfortunately, I can attest that the negative Google reviews for Golod Group, (ran by Hernan Golod and Sebastian Golod), were accurate in my experience. In the future I will also work to avoid the title company that they use, Folio Title, (ran by Nelson Taracido, PA). Caveat emptor.
