Would not recommend to any family/friend and won't return myself. I provided pictures and specs in advanced, and received an offer and appt time for them to buy my car. After an hour waiting there, they reneged on the agreed price because the car needed new tires (which I had already told them), and then tried to fearmonger me away from accepting a better price at Carvana. I've used Carvana in the past, finding them very easy and transparent to work with. Wish I could say the same about Golling.

I would never again recommend Golling Dodge for having a vehicle repaired. I came to them in October 2024 because I received a warning notification in my vehicle that stated “Engine Temperature Hot.” When they diagnosed my vehicle the technician stated that my “coolant system” needs to be replaced. My vehicle is still under warranty so the “coolant system” was able to be replaced with no cost from me but I DID have to cover the “coolant flush”, which was a couple hundred dollars. I came here yesterday to purchase a new vehicle and wow I was blown away. They went above and beyond in making my car buying experience as smooth as possible. My previous car actually broke down on the way there, and both John the used car manager, and Shaun the finance manager went out of their way to make sure that I was able to drive a vehicle off the lot that day. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Kia Optima and a very Happy customer. I could not recommend this place enough!
