Do not do business with this dealership. My entire experience with them was horrible. I started with Dustin "DJ" Chapman reaching out from a text I sent regarding a Dodge Rebel. After finding out the price, they show on their website are rebates, including employee discount (rediculous and very deceptive) we agreed on a price. I told him I was out of town and what needed to completed. He told me I would need to fill out a credit app, 1K deposit, and get insurance on the truck to hold it. Zero Stars I do not recommend using this dealership for car repairs. We've had all of our cars fixed with them for 15 years and with out last car we made an appointment a week out, had our car towed there and they didn't look at it for a week. Then they charged us $125 to charge our battery. I find that completely ridiculous. Plus, there is definitely something wrong with our vehicle besides the battery and now we have to take it somewhere else to figure out what it is. Very disappointed in the service dept. New RAM truck making noise axels or transmission sounds. Even took 3 different audios to service dept of the sound it makes. They keep saying there's nothing they can do. This is unacceptable. Initially the response was "it's not making noise now" bring it back when it does it again. I called on a Mon saying it's making the noise again. They said we can't get you in until Thursday. I took it in even though the noise stopped. My sales person Thomas Lhuillier not only beat my local dealers price, but also made it an easy and convenient . He did everything on line and my vehicle was delivered to my home by Pierre who was kind and very professional. It was so easy to get my new car. I highly recommend Thomas and Golling and will definitely be back and refer friends and family.
