RecommendedBarry was great. I called him up and asked to see a specific vehicle. I came in the next day and it was ready to go. They had it fueled and detailed it. Barry and the finance manager crunched some numbers and we were able to make it work. Very impressed with Douglas CJDR and their staff. Will certainly consider going back for the next one.

My old Ram has 100,000 miles on it but it has another hundred to go so I decided to give it to my son and buy myself a new truck. After a Conversation with Jalee, I was signing paperwork and driving off with my new, shiny beauty. She was perfect to work with and not aggressive at all. Just a very pleasant young lady. This was a great experience all around. Great service department and great sales people to boot!

Made an appointment- dropped off my jeep the night before. Only in for an oil change - radiator flush- tire rotation and a new oil dipstick. Didn’t get my jeep back until after 6 pm. Cabin filters showed red but no one got the new filters from parts department so they didn’t get changed out. I was never called throughout this ordeal... I called to check status at around 4:30 pm and all that had been done I was told was the oil change. Tell me what is the point of having an appointment?? Not happy!!

RecommendedI just bought a 2021 RAM 1500 and had a great experience. Austin Cillo and John Cauble both were friendly and not very pushy, which can certainly send people running. The online booking through Facebook didn't seem to take, as the receptionist was not expecting me that morning, but I was helped promptly nonetheless. So far, nothing but good things to say about Hendricks and their team 👍

They found me the exact color of Jeep Cherokee I had been look for, gave me a fair price on my trade-in, and helped me secure financing (Which was easy as I have great credit.) The whole process was smooth, quick, and hassle free. My husband and I will defiantly be back next year when it is my hubby’s turn for a new truck.
