The lease on our 2015 Journey was coming to an end soon. We hadn't decided whether to get a Journey again or not, so we visited the dealership. We looked at several cars and decided to lease a 2018 Jeep Compass. Our sales person, Alex Santo, made it a very pleasant experience, and we were able to take possession the same day! We would highly recommend this dealership!
Had recall on my daughter's car, they got me in fairly quickly after parts came in. However appt was at 8, when I arrived at 7:45a they were 12 deep in cars already. Had to wait 1 hour in line to get into dealership...got to check in line and Service worker Mike was a complete douche bag...refusing to take call from other associate yelling at other worker saying he's busy, ended up calling coworker ext after rant and it took literally 5 sec call...i would hate to work with him...but then the associate Daryl, who was polite a... read more
My experience with Bradley Smith was a great one. He was very helpful.
Christian was our sale guy when we bought a car. It seems that he's a turn and burn type of salesmen. The car was used, but the condition it was in was less than satisfactory. I called Christian to resolve the issues with the car. The car has bad brakes, the window fluid was empty and after we filled it still does not work. There's door dings all over the car. We bout a Jeep Grand Cherokee pre owned. Our Salesman Jason Haney was ver helpful, not pushy, and very informational! There was no pressure to buy and he did the best he could on the price. Our overall experience with everyone we dealt with was great! I would consider them in the future if I buy another vehicle!

Just purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 from Heath, was the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle!! Ask for him when you come in! Also glad to see Mike Belzyt back in the service area, best one over there.
