Worst service department ever. If you don't like waiting for 3 hours while your oil gets changed then don't go there. While the customer service reps text on their phones and you sit and wait. it's the most annoying thing ever. I have a warranty so I have to go there but I am ready to just pay for an oil change somewhere else even when I still have to pay for the warranty. It's that bad. I want to get out of this car so I can get away from this dealership all together.

Their customer service is terrible! I was there yesterday to get a tire replaced on my car and an alignment. I arrived at 8:30 a.m. & my car was finally done at 1 p.m.! During that time, I saw countless customers come and go. I asked if it would have made a difference if I had an appointment. The response I got was unbelievable! He said, "No it wouldn't make any difference because if we're busy, we're busy!"
