Well here is the truth on this subject, bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler used from Hendricks almost a year ago. Salesman was very talkative until the money was transferred then silence, tried calling often but was told busy. The promises were not fulfilled not up to now!!! Took Jeep for service to State line for a full going through and they did a good job, called Hendricks from there because I paid for a service plan when I bought the Jeep, I still am awaiting for a call back after leaving messages from last week. Today, most people DON’T want to go to a dealership. Why? Because we don’t trust them. Buying a vehicle, we don’t trust the sales process. We fear hidden costs, and the constant push of an extended warranty. We take our vehicle to get serviced, and we just know we are getting overcharged.
