I am so disapointed in Goldstein Mitsubishi of Albany. I went to this Albany location and the manager was very snooty and offered me 10k for a 2 year old vehicle with 25k mileage that was worth 27k two years ago then told me that was the best they could do. That is just ridiculous low ball starting offer. This is as nice as I could be. Not only the offer but the character of the manager was very offensive. So sad as we did like the vehicle.
If I could rate lower I absolutely would. I will NEVER use nor recommend this company. Lies lies lies. The manager will not return calls to settle the dispute. I have filed a complaint with corporate, and the district manager. I will now be contact the BBB, NYS DMV, and the attorney general and the local news channel. You have messed with the wrong one Goldstein.
Probably the worst place to buy a car. I honestly wish I could take my car back right now. I've been battling Mitsubishi for about a year. Everything in my car is falling apart. It took them 8 months to give me a piece of paper that I should've got the day I bought my car. Took my car in for an inside detailing, they did a half ass job, said they fixed something but didn't. I traded in my Mitsubishi in August, 2014. I have been battling with Goldstein Finance department since then attempting to get the refund on the extended warranty I purchased. They continue to give me the run around, promising to call me back with information and never doing so. Apparently when you are no longer a customer, you are no longer a priority to them.
