Terrible service and conduct. I recently brought a car from CarMax and had it financed with a good rate back in March. I used my address I've always had for 5 years. All income and address verifications went thru. Now when I go with my wife to get a car from Goldstein 60 days ago their staff messed up the whole deal and claimed that they can't verify my address . The car was off the lot for 60 days without financing and now somehow today with the registration and tags in my wife's name they seemed to muscle the car back from... read more

This is my second experience with Goldstein, we purchased a Buick here back in 2009. The Mitsubishi part is new since then. My sales rep Matthew Ramos was outstanding. Constantly checking that I didn't have any questions and making sure I knew all the features of the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. The price was fair and I was able to find a buyers club within my insurance company plus a good APR. Very pleasant experience with little pressure or BS.
