This is very much a mixed review. Goldstien did a car wash on my car and when it came out is was severely scratched from hood to trunk. We had already spent hours there waiting for the car to get serviced, then this happened. I was very upset, however the good is that they did take full responsibility and are in the process of fixing it. (new paint job). Love my car (Lancer) and service department is great!
I bought my car here last year and was happy with how it went. Cody was awesome. He still checks on with us every so often to make sure we're happy and that things are going good. Plus, they have awesome popcorn in the waiting room
I have to say this entire dealership is amazing. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them in the last 6 months. From our salesman Cody to finance man Larry to the manager Frank & Brian from service they are all amazing. Everyone of them have always gone above & beyond for everything we wanted or needed. The sales manager is a liar and a coward when your in his office telling him you want to sell him a car and how much you want for it he says owe yea I'm interested in buying it after you tell don't low ball me and he says i wouldn't do that. So you call on the phone to tell him you will bring it down and then the story changes and he has no interest in it unless he can rob it from you..!! But story was different when i looked in the eyes face to face..! What joke will never buy or sell another car there again..!!!!!!!!!
