Felt totally played. Will never return. Inquired about a specific car. Was told at 3:38pm that the car I was asking about would be ready to test drive when I arrived after 6pm. Car was not there. Was told that car was sold in the morning (so I was lied to by someone at some time). Was told I was about to test drive something even better...a much bigger vehicle I had no interest in. Talk about bait and switch.
Back in April when I was looking into cars Vito hooked me up with a brand new outlander with 13 miles I never had to step foot into the dealer and they even delivered the car with a full tank of gas at no additional charge Vito called me after I had the car and made sure everything was alright congradulated me on my purchase and I do have to say this was a great overall experience and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
I recently went to Goldstein to try to get a new vehicle. It was a bit of a tricky situation because I had a a lot of negative equity and no down payment. I had spoken to my salesman Josh over the phone a couple times before I went in and he always got right back to me with any questions I had. To start off my salesman was very good and helpful rick giglio The reason for the three-star rating was because who I think was the sales manager was very grumpy and couldn't even say thank you or congratulations or nothing just stared couldn't even say hello I also heard this from a few other people when researching the dealership

Terrible customer service. Mechanics will take a joy ride in your Evolution. Wouldn't trust ever again.
