I was on vacation in August 2015 with my wife. We are pretty hardcore lifters and big into body building. When we got there were searched for a local gym we could train at for the week and found golds in ormond beach. Bought week passes and showed up and was pretty disappointed. It was mostly cardio and cross fit gym. It did not even resemble a golds gym. Very disappointed and golds should be ashamed to have their name on this building.
