It's a great place to work out something for everybody no matter how old you are!!
I love their Zumba & yoga classes! Childcare is fantastic (most of the time!) and a great motivator to get me to work out! I wish they still had the tanning beds because now I have to pay another gym membership fee just to tan. I would rather pay extra to just tan at Golds.
I love Gold's Gym. There's something for everyone to help them stay fit. My 88 year old mother never went to a gym in her life, but she tried Gold's Gym and loved it! Personal Trainer, Heidi, worked with mom, and she loved it. Everyone that works there is concerned about you being the best you can be. Being able to buy Fit & Fresh meals to take home after working out, is a huge plus! No more cooking!
