Visiting and took a bunch of group classes here and loved it. Friendly gym, great spin class, loved Debra!! :)

Always good however parking is terrible. They need to do something about parking situation
Mostly cardio, special training room in back doubles as a classroom (people will sit in your way!) the new training room costs extra and is not included with membership, the "$199 value pack" you get when completing a list of things after signup is really a $30 value lol you get a hello at the door but never a response when you say something back. Superbe fitness
It's run very professionally, the bathrooms,mlocker rooms and showers are clean. The staff and trainers are attentive and easy to please. The nutritionist Brooks is awesome and gave me good day bye about my eating habits. . I felt her positive energy, which is a good thing I am excited to start this program; to get my optimal body's .
