I love the atmosphere and the fact that you can go at your own pace or have a trainer. They also have a children's area available a couple times a day.
Nice equipment. . No emphasis on people disinfecting equipment after their use..

RecommendedI just started going to Gold's and so far I am very happy. Its a welcoming environment and all of the staff is super nice.
